Kathleen Ross-Allee

Originally from Sacramento, California, Kathleen Ross-Allee has been working in the field of fitness and post-rehabilitation exercise for over 16 years. She began her private training business ‘Leen Bodies in 1991 as an ACE-certified personal trainer in Los Angeles. Kathleen received her yoga certification (RYT) from the Center for Yoga in 2002 and is a member of the National Yoga Alliance (YA) as well as the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

She received her Yoga Therapy Certification (CYT) from Loyola Marymount University in 2006 and is continuing her studies in their 500-hour Yoga Therapy Training Program. Combining her knowledge of fitness, illness/injury rehabilitation and yoga, she offers a unique perspective through her teaching that is complemented by her philosophy to make yoga fun, safe and accessible to all.

Kathleen teaches privately as well as at studios and corporations throughout southern California. She has taught at the Wooden Center at UCLA, CD Chivas, USA and The Center for Yoga, Larchmont. Kathleen is currently teaching at U Studio, Liberation Yoga, and Annie's Yoga, in addition to running her private practice.
